The License and establishment of Imperial Capital Investments in UAE is a premium proposition and valuable possession/asset, capable of carrying very unique activities related to wealth, finance, investments, equities, debts etc. in a most profitable manner for all stakeholders.
The Company is operating under the patronage of Mr. Biraja Jena, FCA, a Chartered Accountant from India and a top level Finance professional with about 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Taxation, Assurance and Risk Services, International Taxation, Compliance, AML and KYC matters. Mr. Jena has been professionally associated with several large Banks and Financial Institutions over decades. He has been facilitating Wealth, Finance and other related assignments over the decades. His understanding of the typical nature of licensing regulations in UAE and unique characteristics of a FFI in terms of handling funds over borders, FDI, ECB, led to establishment of Imperial Capital Investments.
The governance of the Imperial Capital Investments is being done by a broad based Management team of the Company with experts/specialists to look after all the verticals of the businesses of the Company.
